Koblenz - Deutsches Eck

Well-known Moselle towns and places such as Trier, Bernkastel-Kues, Traben-Trarbach, Zell, Beilstein, Cochem and Koblenz as well as the spa town of Bad Bertrich are worthwhile excursion destinations.


Explore the Moselle by boat. Boat tours are offered regularly during the season down the Moselle to Cochem and up the Moselle towards Zell (Mosel).

Reichsburg Cochem

Numerous historic castles, palaces and monasteries e.g. the Reichsburg Cochem, the Marienburg and the castle Eltz.


The Calmont Climb - a hiking trail leads through the Calmont, the steepest vineyard in Europe and offers a fascinating panoramic view.


The Moselle and the surrounding heights of the Eifel and Hunsrück can be explored on numerous, well-developed cycling and hiking trails. Canoeing tours on the Moselle are also very popular.

Located in the Hunsrück region, the world-famous gemstone town, Idar-Oberstein, is a very special attraction with its rock church.


The Eifel with its maars, some of which are suitable for swimming and boating, and the Nürburgring are worth a daily trip.

A modern adventure pool with indoor and outdoor pools, giant slide, sunbathing lawn, sauna and solarium offers pure bathing fun and is located in the nearby town of Cochem.
